Ingredients:
- Cold brew concentrate
- Caramel syrup
- Milk
- Half and half
- Ice
Process:
1. To create Caramel Sweet Foam: Combine 2 ounces milk, 2 ounces half and half, and 1 ounce caramel syrup in a lidded mason jar; shake well until foamy.
2. Mix cold brew concentrate with water; pour over ice. Add ½ ounce caramel syrup; stir.
3. Top with Caramel Sweet Foam; serve immediately.

Ingredients:
- Bourbon
- Sweet vermouth
- Grand Marnier
- Lime juice
- Ice
Process:
1. Combine 1 ounce bourbon, ¾ ounce lime juice, ½ ounce sweet vermouth, and ½ ounce Grand Marnier.
2. Shake over ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
3. Optional: garnish with lime wedge or mint leaf.

Affogato | Cloth & Paper Happy Hour Drink Recipe
Part drink, part dessert, all delicious! The Affogato - which means “drowned” in Italian - is created by essentially drowning ice cream in espresso.

Ingredients:
- Espresso
- Vanilla ice cream or gelato
- Optional garnishes: chocolate or caramel sauce, chocolate shavings, sea salt, and/or grated chocolate espresso beans
Process:
2. Brew 1 to 2 shots of espresso. The ideal Affogato ratio is 1 shot of espresso per 1 scoop of ice cream.
3. Pour espresso over ice cream and garnish as desired.
Note: When working with hot beverages, pour the liquid over the ice cream rather than directly into a glass to prevent glass breakage.

Ingredients:
- Prosecco
- Chambord black raspberry liqueur
- Raspberries
- Fresh mint
Process:
1. Combine 1 part Prosecco and 1 part Chambord liqueur, chilled.
2. Top with fresh raspberries; serve in champagne flute. Optional: garnish with sprig of mint.
3. For additional depth of flavor, muddle mint and simple syrup at bottom of glass prior to combining Prosecco and Chambord.
