Quarterly Intention Box Deep Dive
If you’ve been following along with our journey for a while, you know how much we've cherished our monthly cadence together. But as our community has grown, we’ve been listening closely to your feedback. We’ve made a pretty big shift in how we approach our subscription experience, and we are so excited to finally share it with you.
Over the last year, we’ve been listening closely to your feedback, evolving our process, and dreaming up a way to make this ritual feel even more special, grounded, and aligned with how you actually use your tools day-to-day.
Starting November 1st, we are officially transitioning from our monthly cadence to an entirely quarterly experience.
Inspired by the Everyday
At the heart of this box is a powerful theme: Continuity.
The transition between years rarely feels like a clean, hard stop. More often, it’s a continuous thread of daily habits, evolving goals, and ongoing stories. Our design team found some beautiful inspiration in a surprisingly mundane object: the little old receipt roll. There is a subtle beauty to that continuous paper tape, and the daily cadence of recording a moment in time.
That inspiration translates directly into the details of this box. You’ll find sweeping long bookmarks, structured strips dashboard layouts, and accessories that were all designed to help you create a sense of flow that gently connects your days, weeks, and months. Pieces that are designed to hold the last stretch of this year and the first look at the next.

A New Cadence
We're so excited about how everything works together. Each piece serves a specific role in your planning ecosystem.
Inside you'll find the 2027 Dated Spiral Notebook that comes with a set of Continuity Dashboards, Novum Bookmarks, Ultra-Thin Monthly Overlays, and Lined Notes Inserts. It's dated and designed to be the spine you build the rest of the year around.
If the spiral planner is the anchor, we also included a notebook for your memories. The 365 Journal Notebook is sized to the CP Petite format and, deliberately, designed for two years' worth of journaling. It comes in a Genuine Leather Folio in Cassis. We chose a compact size to encourage everyone to use this journal alongside their main planner.
And because a beautiful page is only as good as what you write on it, the box includes a Rollerball Pen in Cassis and Fountain Pen in Pisco Sour. We matched each pen to the paper it writes best on, so whatever you choose, the right one is already in the box.

A lot of you already have a setup you love, so we made sure these new pieces fit right alongside it. The Yearly Essentials Fold-Out Insert provides a full year’s overview at a glance, along with the Torn Strips Dashboard Duo. They come in the size you chose, so these pieces easily support the system you already have in place. We also included matching Journaling Cards, the November and December Photo Slides, plus a bonus Chromatic Intelligence Photo Slide to round out the Photo Slide Notebook Cover.
No planning ecosystem is truly complete without reliable, everyday tools like a Paper Tape Holder that's designed to hold 40mm of paper tape, and a 2027 Pocket Calendar complete with Luxe Page Flags to tie your entire desk setup together.

Behind the Scenes
Getting every element right was a deeply considered process. If you’ve ever wondered what goes on behind the scenes, let’s just say our design tables get pretty lived-in. For us, building a collection isn’t about chasing trends.The Yearly Essentials Fold-Out Insert alone went through somewhere between 10 and 15 different layouts before we felt like we got it right. We kept asking ourselves: how do you map out an entire year in a way that feels genuinely useful without feeling overwhelming? It’s slow, thoughtful work and honestly, a lot of back-and-forth. Every single adjustment is driven by an uncompromising commitment to the best materials and lasting quality. That same trial-and-error spirit shaped everything else in the box.
Whether we were adjusting the paper weight and texture for the 365 Journal Notebook or refining the design of the Paper Tape Holder until it hit our standard for daily utility, every single choice came down to making pieces that last for the long haul. We embraced that journey because when your box arrives, we want you to feel the intention woven into every detail.
Turning the Page Together
We have grown a lot since our first box, and this one feels like a new chapter. It asked us to slow down, to listen, and to trust that giving something more time makes it better.The routines you have shaped, the notebooks you have filled, and the small rituals that have kept you steady all come with you into whatever is next.
