White Peach Maple Soda | Cloth & Paper Happy Hour Drink Recipe
This week’s Happy Hour drink features a beautiful and light summer soda that may just become your new favorite pink drink!
White Peach Maple Soda | Cloth & Paper Happy Hour 07.30
Ingredients:
- Maple Syrup
- Unpeeled white peaches
- Water
- Soda water
- Lemon Juice
Process:
1. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine ½ cup maple syrup, ¼ cup water and 2 cups of unpeeled white peaches cut into ½ inch chunks. Warm peaches until soft––do not overcook.
2. With a hand blender, puree the mixture. Set aside to cool.
3. Pour 1 part peach puree to 3 parts soda water with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice over ice. Stir and serve with a sprig of fresh lavender if desired.
