"I was very excited to receive this. Unfortunately, my dashboard arrived with strings hanging. I’m not sure whether it was damaged during transit or left the warehouse that way. Regardless, I was disappointed to have to trim several threads carefully and hope I didn't cause any additional damage. However, the piece itself is beautiful, and I look forward to seeing it in my planner."
