Good and bad

"I am writing this review because I have mixed feelings. I would love to leave shining reviews for it and don’t get me wrong. The pen met my expectations. The caveat is I inadvertently misplaced the cap to the pin and reached out to customer service to ask if they can send out a replacement cap and advised that they couldn’t. I guess my question is, how are you in the business and don’t have an extra cap and while I realize that this was my fault that I misplaced the cap. I just feel like there has to be an extra cap lying around somewhere. Sincerely, a person who would love to praise this fan, but not a fan of the customer service at all"
