退货政策

退货政策


国内订单的退货可在订单发货日期后 14 天内通过我们的退货门户启动。

点击您要提交退货的订单。  如果您的订单有多于一件商品,请选择您要退货的商品。  选择退货原因并为商店添加备注。  点击“请求退货”。

如果您在创建退货时遇到任何问题,请直接联系我们的客户服务团队:寻求退货方面的帮助。一旦提出请求,退货标签的有效期为 21 天。仅针对未开封的商品扣除退货运费后提供退款。对于已打开且未使用的商品,可以发放商店积分。如果您的商品没有缺陷,退货标签的费用将从您的退款或商店积分中扣除。 Cloth & Paper 自行决定是否接受所有退货。我们要求您确保您的退货包装完好无损。如果可能的话,还请附上装箱单,因为这将有助于加快流程。
 
已使用的物品将不会退款或存入。
 
如果退回商品的总金额使原始订单总额低于美国、英国和加拿大 75 美元的免费送货门槛,则将从退款或积分中扣除原始运费。

Returns for domestic orders may be initiated through our Returns Portal within 30 days of the purchase date.

If you elected for Returns & Package Protection at checkout, there is no cost for your return or exchange. For US orders where Returns & Package Protection was waived, a flat return shipping fee of $8 will be deducted from your refund or store credit. For international returns, return shipping must be arranged and paid by the customer.

Orders placed on other platforms such as TikTok and Amazon must be returned through the platform where originally purchased.

Once a return or exchange is initiated, products must be shipped back within 7 days. All returns are accepted at the discretion of Cloth & Paper. Please ensure your return is packaged so that it arrives undamaged.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, you may submit a return or exchange request through the portal. You will be asked to provide details and photos for our team to review. Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days and will reach out if we have any questions. There is no return shipping fee for items confirmed as damaged or defective.

IMPORTANT: If your order included a Gift With Purchase and your return disqualifies the order from gift eligibility, we ask that you return the gift as well. If the gift is not returned, its value will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

Items that are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Last Call/Sale items
  • Gift Cards
  • Digital Downloads
  • Personalized Items
  • Subscription Boxes
  • Items that have been used
  • Items purchased more than 30 days ago

Returns received outside of our return policy will not be credited. Refused packages are the responsibility of the customer. Once your return is received and processed, we will be in touch.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

EUROPEAN UNION CUSTOMERS

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. To start a withdrawal, use the START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE button at the top of this page and follow the steps to submit your request. You will receive an email confirming that we have received it.

Return shipping for EU withdrawals is arranged and paid by the customer. We will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving your returned items, or within 14 days of the date you provide proof that you have sent them back, whichever comes first. This right is separate from and in addition to the standard return options described above, and is not subject to our discretionary acceptance.
