"The Blackwing Eras 2022 has quickly become one of my favorite pencils. The Extra Firm graphite is exactly what I prefer for everyday writing—it is smooth, dark enough to be easily readable, and holds a sharp point extremely well. I can write for quite a while before needing to sharpen it again. I also really appreciate the vintage appearance. The dark gray barrel, gold ferrule and red eraser give it a classic, old-school look that really stands out. It feels substantial and well made without sacrificing the smooth writing experience Blackwing is known for. For anyone who primarily uses pencils for writing and prefers a firmer point with good point retention, I highly recommend the Eras 2022. I would definitely purchase another box."

"I love these pencils and they live up to the hype. Beautiful gray color with silver eraser holder and the best graphite that a pencil can hold. Cannot go wrong with a blackwing pencil and especially in this gorgeous asthetic. Be warned though every volume is a limited edition so get them before they are gone. Once they have stopped creating them and are sold out the value goes up considerably"

"Very aesthetic pencils for my desk. Cloth & paper channel a clean desk environment and it’s so appreciated for someone like me, who needs a clean workspace to get my work done. Now as for these pencils, I’m left handed so I’m always looking for the best writing utensils for work seeing as I write sideways and I’m a smudger (yes, even with pencils) these pencils help me stay clean and also give me the type of handwriting I enjoy seeing on my work.
