NOTES planner cover-clear or not?

"I love the planner cover, but have one little thing. Based on other reviews and even YouTube videos from planner content creators, I bought this cover based on it being clear. When I received, I was able to peel the plastic film off of one side, which continued to leave my cover to look scratched and foggy(for lack of better word). I have tried and tried to find the starting point for the film cover on the other side but can't find. So I now believe the covers are no longer clear. PLEASE HELP!"

"This set is perfect for what will be my third discbound set up 🤪. Instead of having 17 notebooks for all the different notes I take throughout the week, I’m dedicating ONE notebook for ALL the notes! I’m already questioning my choice of the smallest clear discs, though. I’m sure I’ll be ordering the larger size! The only drawback is the clear plastic covers do scratch, so be careful!"
